Lifted Heads™ ("Company") provides the Lifted Money Habits™ program ("Program").

The Program includes original curriculum, materials, teaching methods, frameworks, resources, exercises, recordings, and other content created or provided by Company, as well as conversations and information shared by Program participants.

Your Agreement

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to:

• use the Program and its materials only for your personal educational purposes;
• not copy, record, reproduce, publish, post, sell, teach, distribute, or share protected Program materials or proprietary content outside the Program without Company's prior written permission;
• not share another participant's personal experiences, identity, financial information, or other private information outside the Program;
• not request, record, screenshot, photograph, or otherwise capture another participant's private information without that participant's express permission;
• use reasonable care to protect Program materials and private participant information; and
• notify Company promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Protected Program Content

"Protected Program Content" means nonpublic Program materials and information that Company identifies as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be private or proprietary. It does not include information that becomes public through no violation of this Agreement, was lawfully known to you before the Program, is lawfully received from another source without a confidentiality obligation, or is independently developed without using Protected Program Content.

What You Keep

You may apply general knowledge and skills learned through the Program to your own life and circumstances. However, enrollment does not transfer ownership of the Lifted Money Habits™ curriculum, materials, methods, frameworks, trademarks, or other intellectual property. All such rights remain with Company or its licensors.

If the Law Requires Disclosure

If disclosure is required by law, you may disclose only what is legally required and, where legally permitted, should provide Company advance notice.

How Long This Lasts

These obligations apply during your participation in the Program and continue after your participation ends. Confidentiality obligations concerning information that qualifies as a trade secret continue for as long as the information remains a trade secret under applicable law.

By checking the box below, clicking "Continue" or signing electronically, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Confidentiality and Community Respect Agreement.

Payment Agreement

By completing this purchase, I understand that I am responsible for paying for the services I purchase from Lifted Heads™.

If my payment is returned, reversed, or charged back, Lifted Heads™ may pause future services and restore the unpaid amount to my account if the services were already provided or the balance is otherwise still legally owed.

I understand that I may also be responsible for actual payment-processing, collection, court, or attorney costs when those costs are allowed by my agreement and applicable law.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel payment for services that Lifted Heads™ has already provided.

If I choose 2-pay, I pay half now and the remaining half within 14 days of my first payment. My seat and my access continue only while my payments are current.
